Our Signature Dish - Take your favorite filet mignon or rib eye steak; add our red wine chocolate sauce, infused with natural herbs and spices, along with the secret ingredient cocoa; now, you have a rich, creamy sauce, and a truly decadent dish. *12 oz. of Venison or Filet Mignon or Rib Eye Steak

  2 oz. Pancetta - American bacon can be substituted. 

  1 stick or 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

  1 - 14.5 oz. can of Low Sodium Chicken Broth

  1 bottle of fine Red Wine - Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir

   Note:  1 cup of red wine to complete dish. Hand parched wild rice cooks in 30 mins. opposed to 50 mins.

Included in the kit  

5 oz. of wild rice (2 cups cooked), shallots & garlic seasoning pack, bouquet garni (rosemary, thyme, juniper berries, etc.), cocoa, cranberries & a step by step recipe card. (See picture below)
