Our Signature Dish Take your favorite filet mignon or rib eye; add our red wine chocolate sauce, infused with natural herbs and spices, along with the secret ingredient cocoa; now, you have a rich, creamy sauce, and a truly decadent dish. The *hand parched wild rice adds a nutty flavor combined with the cranberries enhancing the main dish. Serves 2. Gluten-free. See Shopping List.

* 12 oz. Filet Mignon or Rib Eye Steak

   2 oz. Pancetta - American bacon can be substituted. 

   1 stick or 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

   1 - 14.5 oz. can of Low Sodium Chicken Broth

   1 bottle of fine red wine - Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir

   Note:  1 cup of red wine to complete. Hand parched rice cooks in 30 mins. opposed to 50  mins.

Included in the Kit

5 oz. of wild rice (2 cups cooked) , shallots and garlic seasoning, boquet garni (rosemary & thyme, etc.), cocoa, cranberries and 1 oz. bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil and a step by step recipe card. (See picture below)
